This website does not currently use an APAP-operated contact form, user accounts, advertising trackers, or payment processing. Visitors who email APAP voluntarily provide the information in their messages.
APAP may retain correspondence as needed to respond, evaluate corrections, manage records submissions, and maintain project files. APAP does not sell personal information.
Hosting
The website host may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser details, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Records submissions
Remove unnecessary personal information before submitting documents. Records considered for publication may be reviewed and redacted as appropriate.
