Request for Legislative Review of Arkansas's Automatic License Plate Reader System Act
An evidence-based request for legislative examination of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 12-12-1801 through 12-12-1808 in light of modern ALPR collection, search, retention, sharing, disclosure, and oversight practices.
Purpose of the request
